01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the kb44 platform, including the website, mobile app, games, and all related services provided by kb44. This document takes effect from the date you first access the platform or complete your account registration, whichever comes earlier.

Kb44 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. 02Member Eligibility

To register and use the kb44 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.

03Account Registration

One Account Per Individual

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on kb44. Multiple account registration ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of balances.

Information Accuracy

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, and payment details. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. kb44 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including kb44 staff — we will never ask for your password.
• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Notify kb44 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Log out of your account when using a shared device.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods

Kb44 accepts deposits via a range of supported and legitimate payment methods. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as specified on your Wallet page.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 to 3 working hours. However, kb44 reserves the right to conduct additional checks (including KYC verification) before approving withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Members must complete the identity verification process (KYC) before their first withdrawal request is processed.
• Kb44 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until an investigation is complete if there are signs of suspicious activity.
• Any withdrawal attempt involving a bonus that has not met the rollover requirements will be automatically rejected.

05Bonus & Promotions

Kb44 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on their respective promotions pages, as well as the following general guidelines:

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member.
• Each bonus has a rollover/wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other members and hold no cash value if unused.
• Kb44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time.
• Any attempt to abuse promotions or manipulate the bonus system will result in bonus cancellation and possible account termination.

• Disrupting, blocking, or attempting to interfere with the technical operations of the kb44 platform.

Kb44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account, with or without prior notice, if:

• Member has violated any provision of these Terms.
• There is activity indicating fraud, money laundering, or platform abuse.
• Member found to hold multiple accounts.

• Kb44 has received instructions from the relevant authorities regarding the account.

11Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, kb44 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Data loss resulting from technical failures beyond kb44's control.
• Payment processing delays caused by third-party service providers.

Kb44's maximum liability for any individual claim shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

12Terms Amendment

Kb44 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at our absolute discretion. Members will be notified of any material changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in situations that require immediate action.

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be updated whenever changes are made.
• It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
